Discover the real food of Thailand on this gourmet adventure holiday which also has some classic sightseeing, meeting local people and relaxing too! A perfect week's holiday in Thailand if you like food as it includes a Thai cooking class in each of the three areas you visit.
Your holiday starts on a Saturday night (though we can be flexible to some degree) with a direct overnight flight and you'll arrive back at 7pm on the Sunday of the weekend afterwards. It is also to book this tour without flights. Vegetarians and vegans can be accommodated.

Then you'll take the sleeper train through the countryside to northern Thailand. Here you will stay at a luxury private home, but more importantly with a gracious hostess. Whilst staying here, you will visit an organic farm and learn about northern cooking which is influenced by the hilltribes.
